I work in a tattoo salon and I regularly order this medication on-line for my clients who are afraid of pain and needles. I advise them to apply this about 45 minutes before a tattoo. The area goes numb and there is no more pain. The only problem is in the size of the tubes - you have to buy a lot if the area you are going to cover is larger than your palm. The stuff is great!
