Eletriptan (trade names include: Relpax / Elipran/ Relert) is a second generation triptan medicine used to treat migraine headaches.

Eletriptan helps to relieve headache, pain, and other migraine symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound.

Eletriptan is used to block a migraine attack which is already in progress. It is not used to prevent or decrease the number of migraine attacks.

Eletriptan is available under the trade name Elipran manufactured by Intas Pharmaceuticals.
