I was diagnosed with a tourettes syndrome when a school boy. I'm now 31 and I can tell for sure that Pimozide is the only medication that can be used for tourettes. Though there is no cure for tourettes, yet, but with medication like Pimozide lives of people like me are so much easier and more pleasant. So I end up with saying that Pimozide has been a life saver for me!

My younger son is 13 years old and he was diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome about seven months ago. Those tics for hours at a time? it is unbearable to watch it happen. Thanks God, our family doctor finally found a treatment for her. Pimozide makes the symptoms milder and stops the torture. My boy still has tics, but only in extreme conditions like strong stress or when he feels pain. I am very pleased with Pimozide. I am ok with the way medication works and after many attempts to find the ideal solution I doubt that anything will help my son more.

I am now 30 and have been on many different medications to eliminate the symptoms. Nothing helps 100% and nothing helps like Pimozide does!
