Udenafil (Zudena)
Udenafil (trade names include: Zudena / Zydena) belongs to a group of medications called PDE5 inhibitors (similarly to avanafil, sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil).
Udenafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction. It was developed by a Korean pharmaceutical company in 2005.
Udenafil has unique properties: a relatively rapid onset of action and a long duration of action, which can be 24 hours or more.
Udenafil allows both on-demand and once-daily use.
In clinical trials Udenafil has showed high effectiveness with a low rate of side effects.
Udenafil is available under the trade name Zudena manufactured by Sunrise Remedies.

The usual recommended dosage is one tablet taken 30 minutes - 12 hours before sexual activity.
Precautions
Talk to your doctor before taking any PDE5 inhibitors which include Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or their generic equivalents, if:
you have any allergies (especially drug allergies);
you have any penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring, history of priapism;
you have blood system cancers, retina diseases, kidney or liver disease, heart diseases, or stroke.
