So I just say, Diltiazem Cream works ok for its purpose and you will notice the difference after a few applications. So if you need it, buy it and you won't be disappointed.

Diltiazem cream is meant for anal fissures treatment. I was prescribed with this medication after I had constipation and severe pain in my anus.
