Lopimune
Lopimune (generic name: lopinavir/ritonavir; other names: Kaletra) is used for the treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS.
It is a combination of two anti-HIV drugs - lopinavir and ritonavir. Lopimune can be used for the treatment of adults, adolescents and children above the age of 2 years.
Each tablet contains lopinavir 200 mg and ritonavir 50 mg.
Lopimune is available in packs of 60 tablets made by generic manufacturers.
Lopimune in combination with other medicines is being studied as a treatment for COVID-19.

Lopimune tablets can be taken with or without food.
The usual recommended dosage is two tablets twice daily.
