Spiriva appears to be working quite well for me. It's long-lasting and I've noticed no side effects so far. I've been on this drug for over a year and so far so good.

i've started this drug recently and I find it to be much better than the one I used previously. My breathing is much better and no problems from this drug so far except maybe a little dry mouth.

Spiriva works quite well for my COPD. It's stopped my coughing almost completely which has been a tremendous relief for me.
